What are the lashes made out of?

Our lashes are 100% vegan and cruelty free. This means that our lashes are NOT made from mink fur. Instead, we spent months configuring the perfect kanekalon fibers to be used (synthetic silk).

 

How do I wash my lashes properly?

We have a video on our TikTok (goldenfixcosmetics) with step-by-step instructions. If you are having troubles finding this video, here is the answer:

  • Put the lashes in a cup or bowl of room-temperature water and soap.
  • Let the lashes soak in the soapy water for 10-15 mins.
  • Then, take out the lashes and remove the leftover lash glue on the lash band.
  • Using a CLEAN makeup spoolie, gently brush through the lashes.
  • The lashes shouldn’t be soaking wet, however if they are, you may use a hair dryer on COOL temperature.

If you have done this properly, the lashes should be wearable up to 25-30 times.

  • Psssstttt...the quickest way to gently cleanse your lashes is to drench them in micellar water! Just make sure to brush them out with a spoolie.

 

Are the lashes vegan & cruelty free?

Of course!

 

What is the difference between the thin glosses and thick glosses?

We try to be as diverse as possible with our customers and their satisfaction. Golden Fix understands that many people prefer thick glosses over thin glosses and vise versa. Because of this, we make the same shades but in different formulas. Thick lipglosses come in squeeze tubes and thin lipglosses come in wand tubes.

 

Does Golden Fix host giveaways?

♡What is the shelf life of the lipglosses?

After opened, the lipglosses will last 8 months. Make sure to keep the tubes closed tightly and correctly!

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within a week of the delivery, via email. In the email please send pictures of:

  • proof of your order
  • the items you ordered
  • the order you received and its packing slip
